It doesn’t have to be expensive. Our package of an estate plan, simple Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, and HIPAA release is $500 for a married couple with a common plan, or $400 for an individual. Complex Wills or Trusts are an additional hourly cost.
A full-service signing ceremony including conference room rental, notary, and two witnesses is available for $200. You can save money by hiring a mobile notary yourself and finding two friends to be witnesses. I’ll include instructions for the notary on how to conduct the signing.
